Improve the number of enthusiasts of the sport in Catanduanes. 

Develop overall fitness through the benefits offered by the sport.

Establish a code of ethical standards and responsibility as athletes among its members in dealing with one another and the general public; 

Promote our goal to increase its popularity in the province by providing high quality training and programs;

Encourage the responsive involvement of individual Federations in the province to develop their own potentials through CTTF; 

Support, promote and enhance the spirit of camaraderie, fellowship and unity among its members; and 

Adopt, promote and enhance the purposes of the national table tennis development program of the government;

Encourage the responsive involvement of non-sport public and private sector to help promote table tennis in the country;

We have assisted in building clubs in the province of Catanduanes.  We conducted seminars on umpiring and coached players. We pledge to continue to promote the sport through touring around Catanduanes and teaching Table Tennis!
