HOW DOES THE RANKING SYSTEM WORK?

Short version is just keep competing in tournaments and send the tournament results to CTTF to give an equivalent ranking points.

Shorter version with more details: Players can convert their points retroactively ( Open-->18 Under-->13 Under) but not other way around. What makes this system special is it constantly recognizes effort and progress by players where ever they are competing table tennis around the world.
